DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
(Domestic orders ship via UPS. International orders ship via DHL Express.)

All orders ship out of our USA shipping facility.

Processing time is the time between when an order is placed and when the order is fulfilled. Items are made to order and may take up to 5 weeks to fulfill.

(Your order tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place your order once your order has been shipped.)

After receiving your tracking number: Domestic (US) orders deliver within 7 to 10 days. International orders, on average, deliver within 5 to 7 days.

All items are made to order and we do not provide options for exchanges or returns.

We are unable to modify products or sizes after an order is placed.

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 HRS after the order is placed. Please contact customer service with your name, email, and order number.
In order to request a cancellation, we respectfully ask that you contact our Customer Service department within 24 hours.

To modify your shipping address or shipping method, we request that you contact Customer Service within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we recommend contacting the designated shipping carrier for any updates or inquiries regarding your shipment once tracking is received.
